top 10 guides for your life
We cannot tell others how to live their lives but instead offer guidance for a better one
so feel free to share
01: Be at peace with who you are.
We must first accept with grace and humility who we are and what we’re about to become.
02: Be kind to you and yourself.
Equal kindness to yourself and others bring balance and composure, especially in adversity.
03: Be grateful for your life.
Life is a wonderful gift with many lessons learnt bringing infinite opportunities for growth.
04: Be less judgemental of others.
If we are yet to hear their story, the element of surprise can be a beautiful education.
05: Be of empathy not sympathy.
True empathy is to walk in the shoes of others, while sympathy often lacks meaningful connection.
06: Be patient and guide instead.
Try to guide others to grow their own pathways, than have one built from your own expectations.
07: Be completely open to change.
Small or large, change is inevitable and one should never fight a battle they could never win.
08: Be in control of your mind.
Wrestle back ownership of the mind or fashion and media will decide your fate for you.
09: Be ready to embrace suffering.
One cannot experience growth and distance without travelling uncertain and difficult pathways.
10: Believe in everything and nothing.
This helps to simultaneously disengage any emotions that may hinder your spiritual growth.
Developing gratitude has long-term positive effects on your life. It lowers stress, improves health and emotional resilience, and builds stronger relationships.
gently as i rise©
Be kind to yourself and start your day with this beautiful 5 minute morning ritual for you to share, as our gift to you
Your 10 step guide to slowly awaken, ENERGISE, FOCUS, CALM and EMPOWER you throughout the day
Choose any song that feels right, ideally from the MAGICBUDDHA® collection, not too loud but try to maintain an ambient, consistent and comfortable noise level and tempo if you can.
Find a quiet spot to sit comfortably (outdoors or indoors, neither is necessarily better than the other). Let your shoulders relax and hands rest softly. Close your eyes if that feels right.
Take a few slow breaths in… and out… Greet the new day with a gentle awareness.
Now picture yourself standing at the top of a peaceful hillside, just before dawn. The world is still. Cool air brushes your skin. A soft glow stretches along the horizon, morning light is on its way.
( breathe )
With each breath, the sky brightens, hues of peach, gold, and lavender blooming above you. You feel the quiet strength of a new beginning.
As the first warm ray touches your face, imagine it charging your body with light, filling you with clarity, steadiness, and purpose.
Birdsong begins in the distance. The earth beneath your feet feels steady and alive. You are present. You are grounded. You are enough.
Now, set an intention for your day i.e. a word, a feeling, a focus. Maybe it’s “grace,” “clarity,” “flow.” Whatever resonates.
Breathe it in. Let it ripple through you like sunlight on water.
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes. Carry that inner sunrise with you.
